1-on-1 Coaching Sessions


Sometimes a plan on paper just isn't enough.  In a 1-on-1 coaching session we will focus on running form, speed, core strength, or any other area you feel you want to improve.

Do you have a group or friends or fellow runners who all want to work on form?  Or does your training group need someone to design and help you carry out a specific workout?

Clinics are great for multiple people to get specific coaching in a small group setting for a lesser price than 1-on-1 coaching.  Great for instruction on running form or race specific workouts.
